At Meluvia™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your device presents any technical malfunction within the first 90 days, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygienic Standards)
Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene protocols:

Unopened Products: You may return any item within 14 days of delivery if it remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened or used.
3. Return Shipping
We believe in a hassle-free experience. If your return meets our eligibility criteria (unopened product) or if the item is defective, Meluvia™ will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label once your request is approved.
