SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
12.1. Shipping Responsibility Meluvia™ is responsible for the dispatch of the products to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during the checkout process. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
12.2. Delivery Estimates While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times (7-14 business days for Norway and Canada), these are estimates and not guarantees. Meluvia™ shall not be liable for any delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, postal strikes, extreme weather, or global logistics disruptions.
12.3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes When ordering from Meluvia™, the customer is considered the "Importer of Record." You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country.
-
Canada & Norway Orders: Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
-
Payment of Fees: Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Meluvia™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
12.4. Risk of Loss All items purchased from Meluvia™ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, if you purchased Priority Insured Shipping, we will cover the replacement or refund in case of confirmed loss or damage during transit.
12.5. Refusal of Delivery If a customer refuses to accept a delivery because of unexpected customs fees or any other reason, the package may be abandoned or returned. In such cases, Meluvia™ reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs and any return fees from the final refund.
